Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, returns are simple and free within Spain.

Our policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.

How to return

Email us at returns@lonne.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label (Spain) and instructions.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Let us know and we'll reserve your new piece while your return is on its way.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear and pierced jewellery can only be returned if unopened and unused. Final-sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned.
